Bangalore HR Summit 2010 will provide a platform for discussions and deliberations on a number of issues related to the theme “ Business Capability Building Through HR ”. Papers are invited from experienced HR Professionals, Academicians and Researchers on the subjects related to any one of the subthemes. An illustrative list of sub-themes is given below.

1. Business Capability Building through HR.
2. Role of HR in Change Management.
3. Business Partnering with HR for Organizational Growth.
4. HR a Strategic Business Partner.
5. Competencies for Business capability building.

Rules for Submission of Papers :

• This is an individual paper presentation contest. Hence the paper will have to be authored by only one person.
• Kindly send the Author's profile, photograph, paper abstract & title by 30-4-2010.
• The paper will have to be original and being presented for the first time.
• Papers must be organized as per the format to be supplied by IHRD.
• The paper should be neatly typed and should not exceed 2000 - 3000 words.
• Use times new roman 12 size fonts with 1 ½ line spacing.
• All graphs / tables should be from MS Office applications.
• Profile of the author should be sent in a separate sheet.
• The papers will be evaluated by a committee of eminent specialists.
• Awards will be presented to the top three papers during the HR Summit to be held on Dec.10-11, 2010. 
• The paper presenters will be given 15-20  minutes time for presentation if selected.
• Kindly check the papers for spelling and grammatical errors before submitting.
• Registration as a delegate is not mandatory for paper presenters.
• Kindly send the soft copy of the paper by e-mail and hard copy by courier before the deadlines.
• The last date for submission of final draft of papers will be 31-7- 2010.
• The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any paper without assigning any reason.
• Paper submissions which do not fulfill the above paper submission rules will not be considered for the contest.
