Mr. Prithvi Shergill
Head-HR, Accenture Services

Prithvi Shergill is a Senior Executive in Accenture's Human Resources team and is based in Bangalore, India. He has more than 19 years of experience working extensively in different areas of Human Resources and Human Capital Strategy.  In his current role as the Accenture India Geographic Unit Human Resources Lead, Prithvi supports its Human Resources function in India.  He is a member of the India Geographic Leadership team and the companies Global Human Resources Executive Leadership Team, with the responsibility to execute the strategy for India and support in shaping this for developing/emerging markets especially in Asia-Pacific, respectively.
Prithvi also supports targeted asset and business development initiatives for the Talent & Organization Performance service line and has served  as a subject matter expert  on the Human Capital Strategy Offering Steering Committee for the company.  Prior to assuming his current role in Feb. 2008, Prithvi led Accenture’s Global Human Capital Strategy team working with various geographic units in Accenture and external clients in analyzing and identifying key implications on human capital of their respective business strategy and designing their human capital strategic road-maps to transform their leadership, culture and talent and strengthening their operating models.  In his earlier role until May 2006 as the India Delivery Center for Technology HR & Recruiting Lead, Prithvi has spearheaded the exponential growth in the workforce within the Delivery Centers. He led the journey to Accenture's first People Capability Maturity Model® accreditation of Human Resources process maturity at Level 5 for the India Centers.  Prithvi adds value to Accenture’s engagements with internal and external stakeholders leveraging his expertise in human capital and culture transformation, leadership and capability development, talent management, organizational effectiveness as well as workforce and career management.  He has also worked in various functional leadership roles with organizations such as AT&T, Vsource and Singapore Telecom.
