• Innovative HR initiatives designed and implemented by the speaker.
• Previous speaking engagements in national & International conferences.

The proposals received will be reviewed by the organizing committee and if selected the speakers will be extended a formal invitation to address the HR summit delegates. Please send the proposal before April 30, 2010.

Important Tips for the Speakers.

• This is an international HR summit with delegates from several countries  including India, Asia pacific, Africa and Middle East Regions. Hence the topics and the content must be relevant to the delegates of national and international level.
• Speakers are requested to avoid remarks or content which is political or religious in nature or which hurts the sentiments of the delegates.
• Speakers must manage their presentations within the allotted time.
• Speakers will have to send their presentations in advance to ensure smooth transition form one speaker to another and to provide back up facility.
