• You will be provided with a kiosk( 3m x 3m ) / Table for your product display or  counseling.

Payment Terms:
The following payment terms and conditions will be applicable.

1. Confirmation of sponsorship can be on the company letter head.
2. Along with confirmation 20% of the sponsorship fee will have to be paid.
3. 30% of the fee will have to be paid by 31-10-2010.
4. Another 30% will have be paid by 1-12-2010.
5. Remaining 20% can be paid one week after the completion of the HR Summit 2009.

Jurisdiction:
All matters are subject to  Bangalore Jurisdiction.

Cancellation Policy:

1. All cancellations will have to be in writing on the company letter head.
2. Full refund will be made for cancellations received before 31-7-2010.
3. For cancellations between 31-7-2010 & 31-10-2010, 20% of the total sponsorship fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
4. For cancellations between 31-10-2010 and 30-11-2010 40% will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
5. After 1-12-2010 no cancellation will be accepted. And no refund will be made.
